OUR LOCATION
Our baking studio is located in Mount Gambier, South Australia.
We do not keep any treatos in stock as we make everything from scratch and only bake to order.
CHIEF TREATOS MAKER'S BUSINESS HOURS
Whilst we don’t have a formal storefront, we do offer scheduled pick-ups with your humans from our baking studio for local orders - have them check out our CONTACT page for our hours.
COMMUNICATING WITH THE CHIEF TREATOS MAKER
Your human can reach us via phone, email OR Instagram/Facebook Messenger.
Whilst the Chief Treatos Maker is not always available via the phone during our pick-up hours ('cause she's probably baking up a storm in the studio), she will do her very best to take your human's info and call them back within a reasonable time frame.
Responses to online enquiries can take 24-48 hours and we respond in order of retrieval.
If your human is emailing, ask them to please add us to their contacts to better avoid any of our emails ending up in the dreaded spam folder.
YOUR HUMAN'S PRIVACY
We respect your human's privacy and that of our customers and other visitors to our website who may choose to provide us with personal info. We recognise the need for appropriate protections and management of your human's personal info, and WILL NOT share it with any third party.
Personal Information is info that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or email address. We DO NOT collect personal info when you visit the our website unless you choose to provide us with such personal info.
No credit card info is stored on our website.
We will only use your human's personal info to help us better understand both their and your needs and interests. Specifically, we will use their info to help them complete a transaction or order, to communicate with them, and to deliver treatos to you. Occasionally, we may use their info to contact them for marketing and quality assurance purposes. Personal info collected online may be combined with info they provide to us through other sources such as at events and/or our advertising/social media campaigns/competitions.
Let them know that the decision to provide us with their personal info is voluntary.
They may, at any time, remove their personal identifying info from our current customer database, please have them contact the Chief Treatos Maker at mum@bobanniespantry.com
CHANGES IN ORDERS | REFUNDS FOR TREATOS
We take a lot of pride in our treatos and all sales are final.
In the unlikely event that your human is not completely over-the-moon with your treatos order, let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error.
Partial or full refunds (given as in-store credit, not cash nor credit card refunds) are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where a treato was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet your personal preference.
Every care is taken to pack your precious treatos order in a way that protects them during transit from our studio to your home, however, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to your bags of treatos during transport.
ALLERGY CONCERNS
The Chief Treatos Maker tries her very best to make sure our equipment, utensils, and work spaces have been properly sanitised; however, we use peanuts and sometimes coconut in some of our treatos and cannot guarantee that an item has not been in contact with these.
Have your favourite vet check the ingredients (listed on each treato's info page AND on all packaging) should you have allergies or a sensitive tummy.
THEY'RE ONLY MEANT TO BE TREATOS
Our treatos aren't meant to be supplements or intended to replace your balanced diet (no matter how much you love them), so make sure your human limits your consumption each day as too much of a good thing could lead to achy tummies - Mum also recommends that you consume your treatos under supervision ...and make sure that you have access to clean, fresh water every day.
PAYING FOR YOUR YUMMY TREATOS
Any treatos order placed through our website is an offer by your human to purchase the particular treatos for the nominated price at the time your treatos order is placed.
The purchase price for the treatos will be displayed on our website at the time your
human places a treatos order.
Prices and all other details for our treatos may be subject to change without notice.
Your human acknowledges that by placing your treatos order, they are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the treatos ordered. Any treatos order placed by your human is subject to any limitations shown on our website and by placing your treatos order your human is declaring that the treatos are for you and will not be made available for resale by your human.
Your human must make payment via a method accepted by us as stated on our website.
We will charge your human and your human agrees to pay the purchase price and any other fees shown to them on the website for the treatos at the time your human places your treatos order, except where otherwise specified.
Our payment provider may charge your human a fee depending on the payment method used by your human (for example, payments made by credit card may attract a small surcharge).
Your human agrees to pay such fees at the same time as your human makes payment to us,
even if such fees are not explicitly disclosed on our website.
Prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST,
unless otherwise stated.
BAKING TIME & SHIPPING | POSTAGE
Except where otherwise indicated on our website at the time you place your order, the cost of postage for the shipping of your treatos is payable in addition to the price of the treatos.
Once we have accepted your treatos order and received a valid payment in full from
your human, we will endeavour to process, post and deliver your treatos to you within
the timeframes as specified on our website. Please let your human know that we will ship
your treatos order by the postage carrier nominated by us and that we are dependant on that carrier once your treatos have been dispatched.
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia, however, there are certain areas that we may be unable to deliver to. Should the delivery address supplied by your human be incorrect or insufficient details were provided, we unfortunately will not accept any responsibility for any loss of your treatos (insert 'sad' face). It is the obligation of your human to supply accurate details at the time of treatos order. If there is any delay with the delivery of your treatos order then we will contact your human as soon as possible.
Local deliveries to Mount Gambier and surrounding areas, with the post codes 5290 or 5291, are free - the Chief Treatos Maker will deliver your treatos to you personally.
PRICING OF OUR TREATOS
Bo-Bannie's Pantry will always endeavour to keep our delish treatos as affordable as possible (we want all the fur kids out there enjoying the treatos we love so much).
When economic conditions are stable then our prices will remain constant (yay).
However, when the economy is unpredictable and our cost of goods rise, unfortunately,
so will our prices (insert sad face).
PROMOTIONS | SPECIAL OFFERS
Any special offers for treatos are limited to one per order. If your human attempts to obtain multiple special offers (including free + shipping offers) it will sadly result in your treatos orders being cancelled (we wouldn't want that). Our special or free offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other promos and we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, if these terms are not adhered to.
We may also, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel large quantities and reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
ARTISTIC LICENCE
Whilst the Chief Treatos Maker makes every effort to provide exactly the flavours, decorations, sizes, shapes and colours you have ordered, the creation of our treatos is an art and may be subject to slight variations.
The Chief Treatos Maker cannot guarantee to match colours or duplicate an item exactly.
We hold all final say in decisions regarding the creation of our treatos.

Yours and your human's continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to the LEGAL STUFF constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Occasionally, there may be some info on our site (or our socials) that contains typographical stuff-ups, inaccuracies or (gasp) omissions that may relate to treatos descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any stuff-ups, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our website (or oure socials) is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
